Welcome to the
BT Expedite Helpdesk System.
We’ve been working hard over the last few months to improve the look and feel of our Helpdesk solution. You will have hopefully noticed already the changes to the logging portal that now benefits from a much cleaner and uncluttered screen for Incident Logging.
We will be looking to introduce different features of our Web based helpdesk over the coming year. Firstly focussing on Incident reporting that will give graphical representation of your Incident stack.
You may also notice that within the Download section of our website the customer training guide has been revised to reflect the latest changes we have made.
We hope that the new look and feel of our Helpdesk solution is of benefit. If there are any suggestions for improvement please speak with your Service Manager who will be happy to work with us on continually improving the service we offer.
