We have been working hard over the last six months to configure and implement a new Helpdesk solution that provides the platform for extending our services and performance as the support centre you want as a customer. We will be introducing different features of our new Web based helpdesk in phases over the coming year. The first and most important phase is the incident reporting and review features which we hope will be more user friendly and easier to use.
There will then be subsequent phases as we introduce more features like the Product Knowledge Base, Frequently asked questions and software download centre. All features that provide help and assistance 24 hours a day every day when you want it.
You will notice that we've enabled the Download section of our website - at the moment this section will include the customer training guide, and also the replay of the Webcast that took place on the 7th March.
