The way you contact us is changing......

 

In order to simplify the way you contact Client Care for support, we are changing the way you contact us. BT Expedite now provide a single number for all support enquiries into our Single Service Desk (SSD), this is 0800 077 8928.

 

What does this mean to you? You will have a single number to contact within BT Expedite for all Software support enquiries, whether it be a Head Office support enquiry, an Ecom problem, or an issue within your store estate. You can get to who you need via this single number. We will be phasing out the other support contact numbers over the coming months - you may be familiar with them: HOST: 0800 077 8926, STORE: 0800 077 8924, ECOM: 01494 796 100.

 

Contact via Email? We’re also simplifying our contact points via Email. All support enquiries should now be routed through to SSD@bt.com. This email account will supersede existing mailboxes - bteclientcarestore@bt.com, BTE.MSD.Support@bt.com,  bteclientcarehost@bt.com , and bte.w.servicedesk@bt.com

 

Don’t worry! You will always be able to contact BT Expedite during this transition. The original numbers and email addresses will be phased out over the coming months. Should you contact us via the original numbers, you will be reminded of the new Single Service Desk number before being transferred through to the desk. All original email addresses will have automatic redirection to the new SSD@bt.com, your enquiry will get through to us.
