The Aptos Helpdesk System Is Being Migrated.

We’re currently migrating to Service Cloud... We are currently migrating to Service Cloud. Support Desk is now unavailable until the migration is completed. Once fully migrated, Support Desk will be made available in read only access, should you wish to review old Incidents and Problems.

We’re here to support you... Here you can log an Incident with Client Care. Should your Incident be a Priority 1, we would encourage you to call the desk immediately after logging to ensure that we have all information required to progress your Incident as quickly and efficiently as possible. We’re changing our Helpdesk System… at 9am on the 31st August 2017 Service cloud will be going live. All the currently open incidents will be migrated to the new system by this time. All new incidents should be raised in Service Cloud after that point. Support Desk will be still available, but in read only mode. Between 9am and 12am we will be dual running Support Desk and Service cloud, but this is purely a regression precaution. You should reference Service Cloud for all updates. Support Desk will remain in read only mode for a period before being decommissioned.

The new system will provide a superior user experience, allowing you to effortlessly raise, query and update your Incidents. You will also have a dashboard facility at your disposal, detailing key KPI’s on your incident and problem activities.

Don’t worry! You will still be able to log and view progress on Incidents with Client Care in the same way as you do today, the main differences being that you will enjoy an updated, faster and more intuitive user interface. We’re confident that you will have no difficulties after we transition; if however in the unlikely event that you do, Client Care will be here to support you as you become familiar with our new Helpdesk System.

 

Accessing Service Cloud… You should have received an email with your new Service Cloud log in credentials. This will take you through the password reset process. If you have not received this, please check your Junk mail. The link to the portal is https://aptos.force.com/Customers/login
